Subject: Application for setting up a relief camp.
Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the people of
Baromollika, beg to state that the flood affected people of our area are
suffering no bounds. They have lost their cattle, foods, homes, and so forth.
These homeless people have no food, no residence and even though they have no
medicines for curing varieties of water related diseases. Near about two
thousand people are sufferers, but we know that we can not accommodate all of
them. If we can accommodate maximum people, it will be a great job. We need to
establish a relief camp in your school for giving them relief and
accommodation. We have selected in your school as a relief camp if you co-operate.
We also believe that you will help us and give an opportunity to set up a
relief camp to your school campus.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly co-operate
us and give an opportunity to set up a relief camp and oblige thereby.
